1. Discover
An initial discovery call allows us to learn all about you, your business, your brand and your audience.
It also gives us time to check over what features you think you require, how you see your business growing in years to come, so we know if Wix will be the perfect platform for you.
When we are happy to progress we will draw up a contract, send an invoice for 30% deposit to secure your design date and get you set up ready to start the process.

2. Research & Planning
We research your industry and ideal clients to gain a deeper understanding of your area of expertise.
During this stage we will ask you to share details of your services, any brand/product imagery you may have, along with any specific copywriting you have (don't panic if you don't have these things in place, we can help!)
We then plan out the layout and customer journey of your website.
An initial mock up design will be created for review.
3. Website Creation
Your website will be made in line with the mock up design that has been signed off.
All of your content, features and functionality will now be fully embedded, so you can see your website come to life. Also including any SEO (search engine optimisation) requirements.
At this stage we make sure the website is responsive across different platforms (e.g. desktop, tablet and mobile).
With 2 review sessions to ensure you are happy with all content, customer journey and design decisions.
4. Connection, Testing & Launch
Finally we connect your domain (if required)
Test that everything is working how we want it to.
Launch your brand new website!!
If its your first website this is simple, we just go live!
If we are transitioning from an existing website, it can be a little more technically involved and we will be with you every step of the way.
5. Peace of mind
One hour of training, tailored to your specific website needs to ensure you can make any small changes you may require.
A final check of all layout and functionality is complete once live
Post launch support - on hand for the few hours of being live to ensure everything goes smoothly
When everyone is happy full site ownership is handed to you. Don't worry you can keep me as a co-owner for all future support!
